By using FreePanda you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What the service is

FreePanda provides free browser-based utilities — formatters, converters, calculators and generators. No account is required, and there is no charge. The tools run inside your browser; see our Privacy Policy for what that means for your data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the service, including by automated scraping or large-scale automated requests against the network-backed endpoints.
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with security-related features of the site, or with the advertising that funds it.
• Represent output from the site as professional advice — see the next section.

No warranty, and no professional advice

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

This matters most for the financial, tax, salary, health and construction calculators. They implement published formulas and are useful for estimating, but they are not financial, tax, legal, medical or engineering advice. Rates, slabs, rules and standards change, and the right answer depends on circumstances a calculator cannot know. Verify anything consequential with a qualified professional before you act on it.

Your content

You keep every right in whatever you put into a tool. Because that data is processed in your browser and never transmitted to us, we acquire no rights in it, and we could not access it if we wanted to. You are responsible for ensuring you are entitled to process the material you use the tools on.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freepanda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the site — including any decision taken on the basis of a calculator's output.

Third-party links and advertising

The site displays advertising and may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend or remove any part of the service at any time without notice. These terms may also be revised; the current version is always the one on this page, with its “last updated” date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
